Grantham Choral Society is running a one-day practical workshop to study Haydn's Nelson Mass at ChristChurch, Finkin Street, Grantham on Saturday March 7th 2020 from 10am until 3pm.

The day will be run by Joseph Porter-Bolger who will be working together with our Musical Director David Humphreys. Joseph is an operatic countertenor who sings principal roles for many professional groups around the country. He also trains cathedral choristers and conservatoire students as well as having been a senior lecturer in Classical Voice at Leeds College of Music.

The cost for the day is £20 (£18 if booked before Saturday 15th February). Tea and coffee will be available, and our social team will provide a buffet lunch for an additional £5 per head. Cheques made payable to Grantham Choral Society.

This workshop is open to all. If you would like to join us for what will prove to be a rewarding day studying a masterpiece with top-class tuition from professionals as well as socialising with like-minded and friendly singers then please download the form above and fill in the details.

We will be using the New Novello Choral Edition which will be readily available to borrow on the day for a £5 deposit returnable at the end of the workshop.

We look forward to seeing you on the day!
