Note 1 - Please do not be put off by this. If you are new to choral singing and are not sure in what range your voice lies then we will be very pleased to help you with this. Just answer 'Don't know'.
Note 2 - We are especially pleased to welcome folk who have never sung in a choir before and so don't worry about not filling in this box. If you have sung with choirs before just tell us the type of choir (e.g. church, community, society, barbershop) and how long you have been singing for.
Note 3 - We are pleased to accept payment of the annual subscription in full (£XXX) or through 3 installment payments (£XX per installment). If you are a young person aged 16-18 and you're in full time education our annual subscription is only £1.00! Its a bargain!
Note 4 - Electronic payment is preferred but cheques can be sent to treasurer at (address). If you are paying electronically our payment details are XXXXXXand don't forget to add your full name as the reference to the payment.
Note 5 - By sending the form and by providing us with your name and email address it signifies that you have read the various policies we have put in place for your benefit as well as for the benefit of our existing members, our volunteers our freelancers and our audiences.
